I have just recently pulled the plug on my bell Cellular service and have signed up with Virgin Mobile. But if you use Teksavvy without a landline then yes Bell will charge you a mininum of 725. My intention is now to do away completely with Bell POTS and go VOIP. Answer 1 of 6.
